PAC has launched a program where BPC can be implemented in 6-8 weeks. The approach prioritizes client requirements, and focuses on the key elements to deliver within a relatively short time frame. In this way, our clients can be up and running with a production application, obtain feedback, learn BPC, and move on to the next phase after their first success.

We purposely limit some aspects of the project (i.e. # of reports) to keep a lid on the scope. The timeline is the driving component of the project. This approach has been successful in two recent implementations. One took only 5 weeks to deliver a budgeting application.
